It all began under the twinkling lights of an Austin, Texas wedding in November 2023, where Yvonne, the older sister of Jeanette played matchmaker, introducing her to Kolby. The connection was immediate, yet the dance of courtship took a digital turn when Kolby, smitten by Jeanette's charm, found her online in December 2023. Their first date, set on the crisp evening of December 27th, was a blend of nervous excitement and the thrill of new beginnings at Lounge Here, a chic restaurant nestled in the Lakewood area of Dallas, Texas. They shared stories over inventive cocktails and artisanal dishes, setting the stage for what was to come. As the weeks turned into months, their love story unfolded like a well-traveled map. Their first adventure led them to the sun-drenched beaches of Cabo San Lucas where they savored the taste of fresh ceviche and the warmth of each other's company under the Mexican sun. Perhaps their most enchanting journey was to Iceland, where they stood in awe before the thunderous Seljalandsfoss Waterfall. The mist enveloping them in a shared moment of wonder. Each trip wasn't&nbsp;just about the destinations, it was about the shared laughter, the stories told under starlit skies, and the silent understanding that they had found a travel companion for life. The pinnacle of their tale unfolded at the Texas State Fair on October 18th, 2024. Amidst the festive clamor and sweet scents of the fair, Kolby proposed to Jeanette over shared Fletcher's Corn Dogs and Micheladas, standing beneath the shadow of the Alamosaurus, a testament to time and love. Now as we gather to celebrate their love, we look forward to the countless chapters that Kolby and Jeanette will write together, filled with more laughter, love, and the adventures that they cherish so deeply. Here's to a life of shared dreams, endless exploration, and the kind of love that defines a lifetime.

We will be providing shuttle buses to and from Christ the King Catholic Church for all wedding guests.Departure Time: 6:15 p.m.Pick up location: 1401 Elm St Corner of Thomspon Hotel (outside White Rhino coffee shop) Note: Due to lengthy valet lines at the Thompson Hotel, we are strongly encouraging hotel and local guests to utilize the shuttle buses we are providing to help expedite the arrival process. Local Guests: If you would prefer to arrange your own transportation, Ubering would be ideal! However, the Thompson Hotel also provides valet service for those who prefer to drive.
